We Offer realistic
charges for property Letting:
*Package A: A complete
Management Service*
Including advice on
rental value and checks, preparation for letting, finding a suitable
tenant, taking up references, and making credit checks, preparing
Tenancy Agreements and Inventories, collecting rents, inspecting
your property during tenancy, dealing with day to day problems
and checking out the tenant at the end of the term.
Our letting list carries
photographs of most properties and our eye-catching office window
displays will carry a colour photograph of your home.
Fees - 13% of rent
monies collected - plus VAT - paid monthly.
*Package B: To find
a tenant and set up the tenancy*
Here we advise you
on the letting of your property, advertise, find and check prospective
tenants, prepare Tenancy Agreements and Inventories, admit the
tenants to the property and then hand over to the owner for self
management and rent collection. We DO NOT check out the tenants.
Fees - 10% + VAT of
the total rent for a six month tenancy and 7.5% + VAT for a years
tenancy - paid at commencement. Renewals of tenancy and annual
rent reviews are charged at £75.00 plus VAT per event.
*Package C: Rent Collection*
We will gladly undertake
on your behalf a rent collection service in addition to our service
outlined in package B, for a fee of 11% plus VAT of the rent,
charged monthly. NB no charges are made for renewals to the same
tenants.
