As part of the HIP your property requires an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). We are fortunate enough to have our own in house Domestic Energy Assessor who can provide the certificate to a high quality standard. We believe this to be of great benefit as we know who is going into your property. Most Estate Agents will out source this information not knowing who will be knocking at your door or whether that person is fully up to date with their qualifications.

Our Domestic Energy Assessor is fully qualified in Domestic Energy Assessment with ABBE, Is a fully accredited member of the Northgate Accreditation Scheme and is a member of the Institute of Domestic Energy Assessors.
